HI. I AM SO NEW TO COMPUTERS THAT I AM REALLY CONFUSED WITH THIS MOVIE DOWNLOAD SUBJECT. I WENT TO TMD MOVIES .COM AND DOWNLOADED THE SOFTWARE THEY RECCOMENDED BUT THEN THEY SAID I NEED EXCURSION SCRIPT AND A SERVER??? HOW DO I PROCEED. PLEASE IMAGINE YOU ARE EXPLAINING TO A FIVE YEAR OLD CAUSE IM SURE THEY HAVE MORE SENSE THAN ME.THANKS

First of all drop the caps, it hurts my eyes trying to read it, lol.

you said you went to tmdmovies.com. Make sure the url is actually http://www.tmdmoviez.com

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for but you can't download files from tmdmoviez.com. what they are telling you is that you need to connect to tmd moviez on irc. Get a program like irc and read its tutorial, then connected to tmd moviez. (i believe the server is irc.criten.net and the channel is tmd-moviez) if you dont know what that means, don't worry, just read mirc's tutorial!

thanks for your replies. i connected to mIRC but the only criten server does not have a tmd. moviez channel. am i doing something wrong??

Well, you are supposed to add the server to the list of servers. thats in the mirc tutorial

thanks. i have irc.criten .net in my list but all i get when i connect is a whole list of chat site channels and no tmd. any ideas??

just because it isn't listed doesn't mean it isn't there! still type in tmd-moviez as your channel.

thanks dela. now got onto tmd-moviez channel. need more help though. all i get in the window is a whole load of letters, figures etc and when i typed in asking how to download was told to type in a trigger? what is this and how do i know what to type?? more help please.

gh what u both wrote about downloading dvd's/movies. i got kazaa but i dont have a clue what u r both onabout tmd? none of this makes sense do u need all these file things to download a movie and do u defiantely need a dvd rom to do this?

Downloading movies has nothing to do with a DVD ROM. TMD (Total Movies(z) Depot) are a group of people who do cam pirate movies, which you can then download and play on your PC. Ripping movies and burning them onto a DVD is a whole different ball park. Hell it is a whole different country of problems.

Its a program to use IRC (Internet Relay Chat). It has the power to transfer files and do other cool stuff!
