This will be my first cd-based backup and I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong. (I've already searched a bit for help, btw.)

How do I get the iso off the original disc? I usually use decrypter, but now do I just copy all the files onto my pc like a data disc?

I have Alcohol 120% and CD Loader just in case I need it. I tried loading my first attempt (burned as a group of files, not an image) with and without CD Loader, but no go. What gives?

Nevermind.

If anyone else is as stupid as me, Alcohol 120% can be used to make the iso. I guess that program doesn't care if it's reading a dvd or cd.

Burn and play, no cd loader required with swap magic 3.3 cd disc.

you don't even need to make an iso for cd games. just do a basic cd copy.
