Updating CD burner driver

I updated my dirver for my CR52-A2 CD burner and I haveing problems uderstanding the direction that come with it they go like this

Step 1:
Copy 220D017.BIN file to C:\>
Step2:
Copy Update.EXE file to C:\>
Step3:
Please close Windows system and reboot by Dos mode:
Step4:
Run Update 220D017.BIN

(Screen will show)

1. On Secondary IDE: ATAPI CD-RW 52XMax Master
0. EXIT
Please select one to update BIOS: Please choose 1
Do you want to update Ver. 130D to Ver. 220D ¡eY!N¡f
Please choose Y
I did step one and two but do I run the bin file after I reboot or will it run automaticly. Also with me rebooting will it do something to the boot sequence where it will know that an update to a drive is comming.
