Uninstalling WinFast TV2000 registry entries...

I've physically removed the TV card and uninstalled the PVR software and drivers for this thing, but my XP Event Viewer still shows:

'The WinFast TV2000 XP WDM TVTuner service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.'

There are several entries in the registry related to Leadtek WinFast but it won't let me delete them.

Does anyone have a cleaner or some way of removing the traces of this crap from my computer? Thanks.
