Taking DVD Chapters out?

How do I take out certain DVD chapters from the DVD I am going to burn?

I need to make backup copy that has some of the chapters taken out of the original DVD. I want to be able to select DVD chapters to take out, and burn the backup so that those chapters are missing.

The backup copy I would like to select chapters to start from, and have the movie still play the chapters consecutively (so the chapters continue to play until the end of movie).

I'm pretty sure DVD Decrypter will do this. Check IFO mode I think it lists the chapter's there that have check boxes.
