Hi,
I am trying to make a DVD, but at a certain point into it it tells me that the burn process has failed. The error log tells me the following with the readout :


[12:55:46] DVDEngine DumpExceptionInformation(): Caught SEH Exception 0xc0000005 during encoding
[12:55:46] DVDEngine DumpExceptionInformation(): Exception was raised from C:\Program Files\Ahead\NeroVision\NeroMediaCon.dll at RVA 0x00010805
[12:55:46] DVDEngine ########################################################################################
[12:55:46] DVDEngine ERROR
[12:55:46] DVDEngine cause: 128 (nmc_processing_exception)
[12:55:46] DVDEngine source: _VOBS::_M_do_guarded_processing ()
[12:55:46] DVDEngine description: Exception during encoding
[12:55:46] DVDEngine

Is anyone able to help?

Try and reinstall it make sure you have the latest version.
