How can I back up my dvds by imaging. with what program and How to bypass the copyrights ??

for movies I use DVD Shrink then burn with nero

You can use DVDDecrypter to rip the DVD in file mode and then use DVD Shrink to find the folder the movie was ripped to and then Shrink can compress and make an .iso file that DVDDecrypter can burn automatically w/in DVD Shrink.
