DSM4 Lite vs Slim Kit Pro with Swap Magic

Other that not having to swap discs is there any major benefits to installing a DSM4 Lite chip? Are the little parts with the Slim Kit difficult to install?

You can play dvd9 games (god of war, gt4, etc.) with the lite and toxic flash and you don't have to do any rebuilding like you would with the swap discs.
