Okay, so I've bought a Phillips MX 5600D Home Theater system with a 5 disc DVD changer.

I popped in Star Wars Episode IV and Blade Trinity today and during the movies, whenever sudden white explosions or flashes came across the screen, it seems like the player is temporarily overloaded, the display going for a split second to the blue screen that the TV shows when there is no signal and flashing back into the film.

Is there anything I can do to correct this issue?
