I have a executer 2 mod chip installed on my 1.4 xbox and i wanted to update the dash to play my roms with slayer my chip was working fine when i flashed and rebooted the system it flashes red and i have a black screen no mod did i destroy it? The xbox work fine with regular games.But no trace of my xecuter 2 chip.

So you took out your mod chip and it shows a black screen? And when your chip is in it does not work??

So you re-flashed your chip and now it is not working?

I guess I am a little confused on what is happening, could you explain it a little more clearer.
