i also had "cyclic redundancy" error. i have anydvd and shrink and dvd decripter, and got the same problem with all. is this a new encryption or what? can we get a fix for this? my disc was brand new also...
Mine worked fine, no new encryption that I can see.............must be a bad disc.
Put it through DVD Decrypter in file mode (movie only) and it should tell you which VOB it has a problem reading, go into something like Powerdvd and play it, goto that VOB and if it sticks then you have a bad disc.
Check for scratches and fingerprints etc and clean if you can.
i found the VOB, the 4the one, like eveyone else is having problem with. disc is fine , i cleand and checked it too. guess everyone is having the same problem? if you can fix it that would be great
Do you have the newest version of Decrypter? If you dont, that is most likely the problem. I just backed up Blade Trinity last night and it worked fine.
