HD ADVANCE 2.0 pal dvd version with no ELF!!!!!!!!

My version of hd advance has no elf file.Ive been trying to patch it with the toxic stuff.I have 2 other hd loaders cd ones,one has an elf but when i load it into the toxic patcher it tells me its the wrong elf.Iam i doing something wrong or got the wrong files?Ive read up and forums say that a file i need is about 700k unpacked.Where can i get this?,ive been looking for it for a week now.Help would be VERY much appreciated.PLEASE!!!!!!!
