From Bbmayo's site:

http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/NVE.html

NeroVsion Express: allows you to convert your file to dvd files with menus, if you want. It's not free, but results are good.

http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/AVItoDVD.html

VSODivxToDVD will convert almost every media file to dvd compliant files. Then use a burning app such as Nero (under dvd-video mode) and burn it to a blank dvd. It's quick and free, but no ability to create menus as of now. A future shareware version will implement this feature. Depending on how much your file is compressed (if any) you might notice the quality is not a as clear and might have some audio sync problems.

If the resulting dvd-compliant files are bigger than 4.36 GB, then you can run it thru DVD Shrink to compress so it would fit onto a blank dvd.

If you have any more questions, search around the site using the search function on the top of the site.

Thanks,

Ya i know how to do all that but for some reason when i open up DivX to DVD and then i open up the movie file which is a .mov file it gives me some error. But other files such as avi and mpg they work fine.

Since that dont work you said i can convert the movie with neroexpress vision? which i have but i dont know how to use it. But im guessing this is the tutorial to use for that http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/NVE.html correct??

Thanks

Do you have the latest quicktime codecs? If not, you can install the codecs without installing quicktime:

Yes, you should be able to. Read this thread to set up your computer correctly when doing any ripping, encoding, transcoding, burning, etc...

All Right. but that codecs download was that for the audio or something??

Cause before i even saw your last post i went ahead and riped the movie to a DVD with NeroExpress and then riped it with Nero Burning rom. The video played but their was no sound what so ever. So i was wondering if that codecs download was for sound. and if it was do i have to re convert the MOV file?? cause when i tryed playing the converted files their were no sound at all.

Hmmm...you may need an AC filter for your movie, try installing this:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/AC3_Filter.htm

Try converting again after you have installed the ac filter.

What did you use to view .vobs (in the VIDEO_TS folder)?

And their are no .VOB files in the video_ts folder their are only VTS and BUP files.

But i used Nero to view the VTS files
