EO Video wont join MPeg 2

I recently downloaded EO Video whcich may i say is good for joining in which i did a film which consisted of 3 mpeg 2 files joined them all successfully deven done a couple of avis but all of a sudden come to do another film with seperate mpeg 2 files only runs for 10 secs then comes up joined successfull can anyone shed any light as to what i could be doing wrong all help will be really appreciated thanx in advance
