i bought a magic 3.1 and i asked my dad to put it for my since he knows how and i dont we put everything in the right spot as the instuctions said but when i went to play a game the video and sound didnt work,the ps2 turns on and you can hear the cd running but no video or sond comes on, whats going on? what can i do?

This is going to sound dumb, sorry but did you plug the rca cable's into your tv or even plug the other end of that cable in the back of you ps2?
