I?ve been trying to play dvd-rips on my unmodified PS2.
I already installed the exploit (key Launcher) that has the Cog Swap Loader on it. (I did via USB with Action Replay max Evo USB)
Everything seems to be fine until this point cause the Cog Swap does run with my trigger PSX disc.
On the Cog Swap screen, I have tried everything!! Loading a Ps2 Original dvd rom and when the disc in cog swap screen turns purple, I do the card slide and the game doesn?t run.
I tried using first a PSX original but the disc doesn?t turn to any color and Ps2 just reads it.The thing that seems to work is when I load first a Ps2 cdrom ( ps2 original game in Compact Disc (monopoly party)) the disc turns purple, I do the swap and it seems to run the backup, but the screen just stays black.
I don?t know if I am burning the games wrong.
I use Verbatim 80 MIN 700MB/MO CD-R (from what I have read, are fine).
I?ve used CDRWIN3, NERO, ALCOHOL 120%, NERO, Everything!!! ( with maximum speed , 4x and even 2x speed )And the dvd-rip backup on cd-r doesn?t play.
The DVD-RIPS are torrent downloads.
The games I have been trying to burn are Winning eleven 8 and Winning eleven 8 Livewire edition.
I don?t know, it may be that I am burning the games the wrong way (if so, please! Somebody guide me on the correct way on burning a DVD-rip into a cd-r on any of the above mentioned programs)
or maybe im following the Cog Swap Loader Steps wrong.
Help please!
Any tips or Suggestion? Or is there any other .Elf like the cogswap that I can put into my memory card???

PS:Im short on cash right now, so buying something is kind of out of the question for now. Lol lol lol.
