everytime i double click on the dnas_id.exe file i get the error:

System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770). The specified module could not be found.

ive tried downloading the disc id insertor from few different sites now but all give me the same error when i try to open the dnas_id.exe

can anyone please help? or send a working version?
