what is better -R or +R i hear there is lil difference but from your personal experiences what should i get? Also how can you tell if the media is good, Darker bottoms? What burn speed shouldnt i exceed thanks i dont want 50 coasters :)

DVD-R and burn at 4x! Don't listen to anything else...You get better results burning at 4x! BUT DO NOT go any higher than that...
