I have DVD-Squeeze 6.0 and I heard that you can burn PS2 games and play them without the mod chip. And can you tell me step by step how you make a backup of a PS2 game using DVD-Squeeze 6.0.

Thank You

PS2 games are actually pressed DVD/CD discs, they are not burned. PS2 games use the Burst Cutting Area (BCA) of the disc to identify themselves to the PS2 unit. The BCA is not part of a disc that you can burn on, it is only replicated on pressed discs.

So, the only way to play backups is to get boot-discs or a mod-chip.

Doesnt matter what they told you.
IT WONT WORK!

I can tell you how to backup your ps2 games with DVD Decrypter.
But you will need AUTHENTIC boot-discs.(or a mod-chip).
