First of all I'd like to say you guys have an excellent forum here. I am new to the PS2 mod scene . I have a PS2 with the model numer of scph-3001 with 8 screws on the bottom. According to the links on here i believe it is a version 4?

Now for the questions, What mod chip do you recommend to play back-up games? Is there any disadvantages with the chip you recommend or use? Wil this chip play ALL back up games?
