DMS4 EZI LITE-BLACK SCREEN PROBLEM

I have recently installed a dms4 ezi lite in my ps2,the installation was simple and on testing the chip connections everything was connected fine,but all i am getting on booting up the ps2 is a black screen,i have soldered the earth directly to the board,but still nothing-Can anyone help me!
