Swap Magic 3.3 and Xenosaga Episode 2 CD2

Hi. I've got a question about the Xenosaga Epiosde 2 CD 2 booting in Swap Magic.

I played through the first dvd no problem but when I got to the second one I started having issues. The 2nd dvd loaded yesterday night (first time I tried it) in swap magic using the special boot option (standard wouldn't work). Today though the cd just won't boot saying in a blue message that the dvd isn't a ps2 disc (in swap magic). And if I try to rebuild the dvd with Nero and Isobuster like I did succesfully with a few others with the help of a guide I found on these forums, the ps2 logo at the start of the game (when it's written playstation 2 in white letters agaisnt a black background) is all screwed up and the game doesn't go any further.

If anyone has any idea, it'd be appreciated.
