please can someone help this afternoon my virus checker picked up a virus in dvd santa so it deleated the programme i tried to reinstall it but it was having none of it so I took my computer back to factory settings which should have cleared it but no I am still getting the message

AN ERROR OCCURS WHILE TRYING TO RENAME A FILE IN THE DESTINATION DIRECTORY MOVE FILE; CODE 5 ACCESS IS DENIED or is there another programme thats just as user friendly

You have to contact DVD Santa support & they will email you a new download. They've been having problems with the virus programs that we have on our computers. Hope this helps.
