I am seriously having issue with CCE and TMPGenc. I cannot get them recognize any of the avi codecs. I want to know is there any way I can put these files onto a CDR just to get them off my hard drive? And will I be able to play them on my computer still?

Get GSpot. Open the AVI, see what codec's it needs. Download and install them.
If you installed a codec pack, uninstall it first! Most of them cause more conflicts than they fix.
