All of a sudden my dvdrw burner gives me write error problems why?

I've had my dvd burner dual layer EMPREX brand. I burned alot of dvds with it days after I got it. Now recently, I been trying to burn these 2 dvds, and once it is about 25-50% burning the dvd with nero. My disc try ejects and gives me some kind of error. It might've been a writing error or something. The dvd' were barely scratched and couldn't burn it. Does anyone know why it stopped burning dvds now.

Make sure the HD is in DMA Mode
2. Last possible write address on media: 2298495 (510:46.45, 4489MB)
Last address to be written: 2286095 (508:01.20, 4465MB
Set the burn size in Nero to 4300. Burning to the outer rim can also cause problems as that is where the thinnest part of the dye is

What blank media are you using ? Tyr better blank media like Verbatim as the media you are using is not recog. by the burner. You might also need to see if your firmware needs updating. Go to the burner's website and see if there is an update
