Need help with TMPGEnc DVD author 1.6!

See this is my problem...
I have my MPEG2 File rdy to convert into DVD files (VOB,IfO...) so I can burn it on a blank DVD+R and play on most DVD players but when I use TMPGEnc DVD author 1.6 to convert the MPEG2 it gives me this error message when I add the file...

and when I try to ignore that msg and press output then begin output I get this...

Somebody Please Tell me how to fix this and continue getting the dvd files so I CAN BURN THIS! by the way xXxmovie isn't what your thinking, its the new xXx State Of Union movie (lol)
