hello,
I've been hired by a local law firm to transfer surveilance tapes from vhs to dvd, and including menus and what not. Well sometimes on these tapes the video is recorded in fast motion in order to be able to fit a whole day on to a 2 hour tape. Usually I need to take it to a special store where they have machines to slow it down to real time, but I was wondering, is there software that can do this? btw I'm using a hauppauge 150 so it's in mpeg2.
