How to avoid automatic refresh of folder in Nero?

Whenever I try to write more datas in pre-burned CD, Nero automatically refresh the folders inside it comparing to the datas in my hard disk.

It shows this message after refreshing:

Refresh Complete
0 files/folder have been removed,
4 files/folder have been added,
and 0 files/folder have been added.

I don't want to alter, add or remove any older files/folder in my cd. I just want to add files which I choose myself.

I didn't find any option to disable such automatic refresh feature in Nero.

Can you suggest me how to disable this feature?

I'm using Nero Express 6.3.0.2
