Hauppauge PVR 150 or 250, what's the diff?

I have gone through both specs and they look similar- except for the price. Am I missing something here? I'm sure there is a difference but I need glasses.

The 150 uses one chip, the 250 uses two.
The 2 chip 250 gives better audio sync/quality, although the newest driver for the 150 supposedly fixes it's problems.

The PVR-150 is the new line, and I recently bought the retail version
(wanted the remote). I am really enjoying the card. IMHO well worth the small price.

I haven't had any a/v sync issues at all from captures of VHS or TV.
The drivers are not as mature for the PVR-150 line yet but are fine for my purposes.

Hope this helps.

Forgot to mention that if you are patient you can usually find a good rebate. Got mine from Circuit City with $40 rebate for $60 US.
