I have seen someone who has made very good DVD's and VCD's from scanned photographs and with excellent transitions. Infact, there are companies which are engaging in making these slideshows.

I need to know a software that can make these slideshows professionally.

Sorry I don't understand. Do you want the company with their software to make it "professionally" or do you want some software for yourself that will allow you do make your own, that looks like you paid $10000.00 to make ;) If you want software for yourself there's all kinds

there's alot more programs out there take a look on google.
I've used the above programs (not so much the 1st one), and have really good results.
