How can I make Chapter names?

Hi. Is there some software which I can use with a computer's dvd burner to add Chapter names to chapters already marked on a dvd made on a home video dvd recorder?

I made the dvd on a LITEON LVW-5045 DVD Recorder which I was told made Chapter Names but did not - only chapter Marks, which I have in there. Something I read alluded to the possibility of adding Chapter names on a regular computer DVD burner. I have a Pacific Digital U30213 8 x 8 IDE internal burner, which is really a NEC DVD-RW ND-2500-A.

Other than the lack of chapter naming (and I do not mean title naming), I like the LITEON and would like to keep it if I can just take care of the chapter naming. I used to have a Toshiba D-KR2SU which did it, but it stopped working after 6 months and Costco refunded all my money.

I hope I'm in the right forum. I know this ranges across several subjects; but "Newbie" seemed to be the best overall descriptor. If not, direction would be most appreciated.
