rebuilt iso file 35 megs?

I rebuilt sonic heroes replaced dummy file with 1kb dummy file and placed in order of apache into cddvd gen created star files but ended up with star.000,star.001 and star.003 I used cmd to copy all three into 1 iso file used decrypter to burn when I highlight the file it says 35 meg but when i open it it has all the files in there and they are correct sizes when i use swap magic and boot, it boots to a blank screen. AHHHHHHHHHHH! any help is appreciated.
