hey guys, using cdloader to boot troublesome games but i'm wierded out by something. using the swap magic disk as a toc refresh i usually can get most tough backups to boot. xenosaga ep2 is a different story... dunno why... so i decided to rent devil may cry and use it as a toc refresh disc. when i pop it in for toc refresh, it says error initializing disc. i checked out the game and it boots fine on itself... any suggestions guys? thanks!!!

ciao

not all games are ok for toc refresh, devil may cry is ideal example its perfect for it beacuse its 4.37gig one of the highest for dvd5 games but i too have tried it with swapmagic and same results as you.
if your willing to put in the time check out a site called swapmagicfix.com look for something called memcard exploit this is a small program you put on your memory card, instead of using swapmagic you use a ps1 game to boot your back up then when you do toc refresh this lets you use devil may cry a lot less hassle also most the fixes on the cd loader disc are not needed when doing it this way.
