Ok here is a goodie!
i bought a new 160gb harddrive to use in my computer so i cloned my old hd of 120gb. So far so good. the i changed my mind and formatted it so i can use on my ps2. Its compatable. But when i stuck it in my ps2 it say it needs to be formated again. I reformated it (in the ps2) to use hd advance 1.0 now it says its only 120gb! is there a way to reverse this?? To get back to 160gb?? reformatting help!

Seems you formated it to be the old 120gb. If its within the 30 days return it saying that its only 120gb when it should be 160gb. Or try using HDL_Dumb or WinHip to empty everything of the thing. Or do you have games on their and you forgot?

I had the same problem and I fixed it by donloading a program called kiidisk. Put it back in the pc and kill the sucker...it will clear out all partitions and formats so its like brand new again!
