I have a general idea about what to do here, but I heard the game will crash at a certain spot because of a copy protection and the PS2 checking for a backup while playing?

Did anyone ever successfully play through Norrath /w a backup? EDIT: And swap magic 3.3 I should say.

i use swapmagic 3.6 and games run fine even with online play.

Champions Of Norath from what i have been told is a dual layer (DVD9) game so you can't copy it and play it with Swap magic. You also can't copy it to a 4.7GB (DVD5) disc.
You would have to rebuild it and take out some stuff in order to get it to fit on a DVD5.

i couldnt be bothered doing all the file splicing and burning to 2 dvd-rs, but the sequel (Champions return to arms) fits on a single layer dvd-r, i have swap magic and u have to boot it up differently than other dvd-r back ups. PM me oif you get a back up and need to know the weird method.
