the game disc is ruined up so i isod it.....im trying to emulate it now, but it wont work bcuz of StarForce 3.4.71.19 protection... any way i can fix this ?

StarForce is one of the hardest protections to duplicate and if I recall correctly the only successful methods involve disconnecting your IDE's in order to play the backup. I've never had the opprotunity to work with a StarForce protected game so unfortunately I can't be of much help. You may want to check out the AlcoholSoft forums :)

Nocd patches aren't a viable option for StarForce either.
