Hello people,
I am new here at the forum and I have a Motorola V3 Razr.(locked)
I did searches for any news/softwares or ANYTHING for this particular phone model, but ended up with none, so here I am creating this thread to ask for your help.
I have seen free unlocking of phones and such.... is there one applicable for the V3 Razr? If so, Is ulocking your phone... safe?(sorry, I'm an obvious n00b at this phone world... plz bare w/ me)
The burning question/desire that brought me here in the first place is this:
1) I have seem links to softwares... which version of Phone Tool does it support the V3 Razr. I have done some research and find that there are multiple Phone Tool v3.0 that supports different models of phone. I have seen on a vendor site that the number "98654" is the kit that contains the support for the V3 phone....
I have downloaded Phonetoolv3.11h.finalretail.rar or what ever it was. It doesn't seem to work correctly. It installs w/ 2 errors that I ignored... then it doesn't detect my V3 Razr at all... I am suspecting that the software that I have is not part of the 98654 kit...
Question: Where can I obtain the correct software that supports the V3 Razr?(link?) ;)
2) As I have said, I am new to the phone world(scene)... I would like to obtain java games, ringtones, wallpapers and such to upload onto my phone through the use of my PC. How would I go about doing this? Or more to the point... WHERE do I get them... "gratis"? :)
