Can anyone help me with this odd problem?
Ive got an PC for watching Divx/Xvid films on the TV in the living room.
For some reason when i play back a film in either PowerDVD,Divx player or WinDVD 6 it chops the top off the picture.
Here,s a couple of pictures.The first picture is on this PC with a 17monitor and the second is the other PC with the TV.


Does anyone know how i can get the rest of the picture back?
The pc has an Nvidia ti4200 with the latest drivers and the Tv is a PAL 28' 4/3 ratio.
Ive tryed altering the playback picture ratios from 16.9 to 4.3 and panscan but that doesnt work and windows seems to be ok(not chopped)
