Read tons on ELF files and DMS Explorer yadda yadda, not making much sense. Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to boot straight to my HDLoader program so I don't have to boot with the damn CD everytime? Thank you.

do you have a either cheat device that supports USB or a one off way to play backups(ive heard there is a way to put the exploit cd on the hdd but im not sure if its true).

Thanks for the reply neojapan, I really appreciate it but the whole idea is to boot straight from the HD. I don't want to have to put in a PS1 CD. I allready have modded my PS2 with a DMS3 chip so I can boot the FreeHDLoader using the CD just fine. I just want to be able to turn on the system with no cd in the drive and have FreeHDLoader just pop up.

that is an excellenct help mate but i was also wondering if there is neway to boot of either memory card or hardrive without using a cd? i heard if u change the boot sequnce or summit that that ps2 thinks the hhd is the cd-rom and boots that up!
