Try searching for members that use websites other then their own and search those sites for a gif you prefer. Look at their sig gif website addresses.
Doing my own testing of gifs here.
Removed links but all working fine.

you are putting spaces in between the g and the ]
dont do that there should be no spaces

Yep, it's too big. Try resizing it down to something more manageable :)
