Xenosaga Extraction Trouble

Xenosaga 1 is a dvd-9, but there is a major problem.
I use dvd decrypter and save the iso to my hard drive.
But then, when I extract the iso using iso buster, i only extract about 4 gig from the iso.
Someone told me it should be about 6 gig, while the iso is about 8 gig.
I know others have encountered this problem, but I did not find a solution.
Can anyone help me?

I tried transfering the iso to another computer, but it didnt help. It still didnt extract to get all of the files.

I tried using Nero and ultra iso, and still only extracted about four gig.
