Nero DVD burning error : power calibration?

when using Nero lately I get this problem near the end of the buring process, never heard of this either...also my audio cdr's lately have been getting the scratchy noise on them, glitches..thanks for any help..

Hi there,

There been a few threads about this error, do a search in the forums.

Basicly says, upgrade firmware, use / try different media, and worste case, try a different power adapter for your drive.

When I had this error, I was told that my Pioneer 106 writer may be going bad. However, someone suggested I blow compressed air in to the drive. I did that and also cleaned the lens using a lense cleaning disk. Have had no problems since and it's been more than 6 months.
