Having a bit of a prob with this

using dvd decrypter to copy to hard drive it seems to work ok until
the read rate slows and stops on 99% - then i get a I/O error

use dvd shrink and get a error something like
failed to read e:/
data error (cyclic redundancy check) ?????

anyone had any problems with this movie while backing up ???

i did backup another dvd after i tried the die mover and it work fine!!!

Your original disk of Die Hard is either scratched or dirty, try cleaning it if this does not work take it back and get another original, 99% of CRC errors are disk related.

thanks for the reply - i was thinking it must b the disk - it hasn't got too many scratches on it - (have recorded worst disks that worked)

Evidently the other discs were not as bad as this one or this one would not have failed :-)
