xvid ac3 to divx ac3 how to reencode ?

some of the xvid from internet is encoded with 3 warp point GMC. I have to convert to divx format AC3. I am using Dr. Divx with profile setting to keep original AC3. However, after encoding the file is in 2 channel mp3 stereo. I have AC3 filter 0.70b installed.

Please help here !! what am I missing ?
