refresh toc to get backups to work with swap magic

i noticed that swap magic has problems playing backups over 4gb.and rarely plays backups over 4.3gb.so i refreshed the toc on all these games that didnt work properly or not at all with a game with a bigger toc than them and they all worked fine afterward.its a small inconvience to refresh the toc compared to losing my mind trying to find a new way to burn them.you can use any ps2 original game that is bigger than the one you are trying to play.
