dvdshrink and clonedvd dont work for OLDIES?

Hey

I was trying to backup some of my old dvds (Bruce Almighty, welcom to moosrport, ect) with skrink but it poped up with a message telling me that it cant continue. It's ok, I still got clonedvd to work with right. Wrong, the same thing happened again. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another program that anyone could recommend (with feature of audio deletion)?

I did those movies w/ Shrink. What error message are you getting? You try ripping w/ DVD Decrypter first then running it through Shrink?

Are you trying to back up orignal or burnt copies?

No problems with these originals using DVD Shrink.

well now after installing AnyDVD the message didnt appear but it just froze, still and when i click the X it saids that the program is
not responding. The dvds that i am working with is the original.

Clean the disk real well and see if you see any scratches. If you do and cleaning has not helped you might run the DVD through DVDDecrypter and tell the program to disregard the errors and see if that helps. If you do not see any scratches on the original and you can still not rip the disk in File Mode using DVDDecrypter you might have a bad press.

I am able to copy the file to my HD, the problem is that my skrink and CloneDVD has problme encoding it.

Unistall Shrink and then re-boot and then re-install DVDShrink. Most of the times that clears it up.
Then use Shrink to compress and DVDDwecrypter to burn the .iso image
