Anyone know how to convert a win 98 cd from cd to floppy

700mb to 360kb.........No ways, unless there is someone that knows more than me

your looking at between 121megs & 633megs for win98se. a 3.5" floppy holds 720kb, 1.44meg & 2.88megs so can see no go of putting cd onto floppy. why do you ask???
