What are the main uses of PS2 HD with the exception of booting Ps2 games as i dont do that from my HD (thats what my games are for) what other things can i do?

not alot really!

HDD is for backing games up, it keeps your discs in mint condition

plus ps2 lasers have a knack for breaking, if your not reading a disk then it cant burn out!

if you get the offical HDD then you can use it as big memory card

well, ever had those annoying load times?

HD remove all that. As fast as possible.

got to agree with zorak about the loading times, they are a huge choice for a hdd :)
