yes there is first off obtain a valid disc id for the game which can ONLY be obtained from an original pressed game not a backup! Then make a backup of the disc on your comp and patch the image with few tools burn the disc and your done! :-D

and follow that guide word for word do it exatcly as i says dont cut any corners else it might not work.

What is wrong with ps2nfo.com forums? Everytime I try to sign-up for the forums to download Disc ID Utility it says "The administrator has banned your email address"...but the email address that ain't real (like freakin@bastard.com)work fine. what the hell is wrong? anyone know?

you must use an ISP email its a pain in the neck i know it must be anything other than a free email service such as hotmail or gmal or yahoo etc..
