i wnat to put a new western digital 160 gb hardd rive in my ps2. i already got a magic 5 mod chip. iwnat to savegames on this mod chip cause i tired of bruing thta games. if i need that software hdd loader what do i do wiht it and where do i get it. do u have to specially format the hard drive or anyting. thnx

have a look at that, western digital need modifying to fit the network adapter

i use hd advance, you can get it off ebay for under £15

all you need to do is plug the hard drive into the network adapter, boot up the ps2, insert the software and it will format the HDD for you

when you want to put a game on to the HDD, you run the software, hit convert and put the disk into the ps2 and then thats it!
